The machine is suitable for filling desiccant in aluminum spacers, stainless steel spacers and Warm Edge spacers (Chromatech Ultra, Thermix TX.N Pro, TGI Spacer M, Thermobar, Multitech, Multitech G, Swisspacer Advance, Swisspacer Ultimate).

The machine process is completely automatic:

• drilling in the rear part of the spacer (using drill bits also suitable for steel)
• filling of the desiccant, made by pressure, which ensures perfect filling and high speed.
• closure of the loading holes with butyl
