    Washing machine are made in a great variety of type for any application and requirements. Vertical wasching machine can be used as an independant machine or suitable for integration in insulating glass line, vertical dril or other machinery.

    • Automatic section of entry and exit.
    • The transport rollers are made of vulcanized rubber, they adapt independently to the various glass thicknesses without further adjustments for LV up to 20 mm.
    • The washing is carried out with cylindrical brushes made up of an entire shaft. They are long lasting and easy to replace, water pump for each pair of brushes.
    • Water heating system with thermostat, rinsing section with water after the brushes.
    • Washing and drying of sections entirely in stainless steel with high pressure fan.
    • The fan is placed in a soundproof box lined inside with sound-absorbing panels.
    • Motorized exit conveyor with black safety panels and inspection lamps, with sensor for stopping the glass.

    • Possibility of open-top washing machines. Easy maintenance and access to the machine.
