It is a vertical washing machine optimized for the production of insulating glass, particularly suitable for intense and continuous use. Thanks to its 6 brushes it meets the highest standards for industrial cleaning. Made exclusively in the closed version, it allows you to wash a minimum glass of L = 320mm H = 150mm.

It has washing / rinsing sections completely in stainless steel with a drying area. Both areas of the machine are accessible by opening the doors. The mechanical movement is placed in the lower part, under the base. The motorization of the brushes is placed in the upper part, consisting of 2 motors for the 4 brush version and 4 motors for the 6 brush version. The LOW-E configuration of the brushes includes the Ny015 front brushes and the Ny020 rear brushes. The drying section is made up of blowers, powered by a high pressure fan. The air coming out of the fan is hot.

The glass plate in the washing and drying section is driven by wheels. Washable thickness from 3 to 20 mm without any adjustment. Each separate section of the machine can be controlled by a control panel located on the side of the glass exit.The working speed of the machine is from 1 to 5 m / min
