    Our lines are the natural completion of our washing systems for the production of double glazing, meeting the highest quality standards.
     They have an independent control unit which allows them to be combined even with other washing machines.

    Characteristics of the 
    Stefiglass COMPACT LINE

    It is a very particular line, which combines the features of a semi-automatic system with a particular coupling sequence that make it extremely efficient in cycle times and compact in terms of total length. The line includes a patentend semi-automatic assembly area, where a precise slab stop point with aids for aligning the interspace are placed.The line is completed by a coupling system with a 2500 mm wide panel press.The system is available in two heights: 1600 and 2000 mm. If the slabs exceed 2400 mm in length, a two-stage pressing can be activated, which guarantees high quality without exceeding the overall dimensions of the line.

    Stefiglass SEMI AUTOMATIC LINE  

    It is an extremely practical and efficient line, intuitive to use. The line includes a semi-automatic assembly area, in which a precise slab stop point is placed, with aids for aligning the interspace. The line is completed by a coupling system with panel press 2500 mm wide or with rollers. The system is available in two heights: 1600 and 2000 mm. If the slabs exceed 2400 mm in length, a two-stage pressing can be activated, which guarantees high quality without exceeding the overall dimensions of the line. Optional there is the folding table to be placed at the end of the line, useful for sealing large glass on site.

    Stefiglass AUTOMATIC LINE  

    It is a line designed for demanding industrial productions, in which the system must be operator-dependent in the least possible way. The line has an automatic assembly area, where the only operation performed by the operator is to apply the previously prepared channel and put it to the first glass panel. The line is completed by a coupling system with panel press 2500 mm wide or with rollers. The system is available in four heights: 1600, 2000, 2300, 2500 mm. If the slabs exceed 2400 mm in length, a two-stage pressing can be activated to guarantee high quality without exceeding the overall dimensions of the line. As standard, the machine can create display cases by activating the dedicated function present in the machine control program. Optional is the program for the automatic production of triple glazing or the tilting table to be placed at the end of the line, useful for sealing large glazing on site.

    PRESS ASSEMBLY LINE Stefiglass 

    It is a line designed for demanding industrial productions, in which the system must be as operator-dependent in the least possible way. The line has an area for laying the channel, in which the only operation performed by the operator is to apply the previously prepared channel. The line is completed by a coupling system with panel press 2500 mm wide. The system is available in four heights: 1600, 2000, 2300, 2500 mm. If the sheets exceed the length of 2400 mm, a two-stage pressing can be activated, which guarantees high quality without exceeding the overall dimensions of the line. As standard, the machine can create display cases, automatically detecting the dimensions of the worked slabs. By simply acting on the steering unit, the triple glazing function can be activated. Optional there is the program for the production of staggered glass (structural applications) up to a maximum of 70 mm in each direction. The line can be further completed by inserting the tilting table to be placed at the end, useful for sealing large glasses on site.
